Bardstown Locations
We'll come to you! But here are a few of my favorite spots.
These are just a few examples of locations we love. Each one offers multiple scenic spaces to provide a beautiful background for your ceremony. However, it's your wedding! We'll go wherever your heart desires.
Bernheim Forest
Located on Highway 245, this idyllic setting offers ponds, trees, flowers, and other foliage in a serene atmosphere. If you want an "enchanted forest" feel you can certainly find it here. Some of the most popular spots here include; The Garden Pavillion, Big Prairie Overlook and The Quiet Garden. This location also has options for small receptions.
Afterward, enjoy the cafe, grab a picnic table or throw some blankets down in a cozy spot and enjoy your cake and champagne.
The guest limit here is 10 with the exception of rental spaces.
The Park Lands of Floyd's Fork
This expansive park setting is conveniently located between Bardstown and Lousiville and offers wildflower fields, waterfalls, 360-degree views from a skydome or cliff and backdrops of trees and foliage galore. If you're looking for an "enchanted forest" feel this is it!
There are shelters here that can be rented for a casual gathering afterward, plenty of secluded space for a picnic and access to delicious BBQ at Bootleg Barbecue down the road.
Most areas here accommodate 10-20 guests and can accommodate more with a usage permit. If this is needed, I will take care of that for you.
Distilleries
Bardstown may be "America's Most Beautiful Small Town" but it's also "The Town that Bourbon Built". The area distilleries provide beautiful landscaping and a unique wedding day experience.
These locations lend to a tour and tasting as well as your choice of ceremony locations within the property.
***All guests will need a ticket for the tour and tasting at these locations. Any guest participating in a tasting will need ID.
Around The Town Carriage
The Winter Wonderland package was tailor-made for this "location". There is nothing more adorable and romantic than Bardstown, Ky at Christmas time. But this location isn't just for Christmas time! Bardstown is always charming. If you're looking to feel like the British Royals or Cinderella then let's take a ride!
Wickland Mansion
The Wickland Mansion was built in the 1820s and has been home to three different Kentucky governors. While the home has been renovated, it maintains the unique character and romantic details of the era. This venue offers outdoor or indoor space.
